Swimming attempt

Today i attempted swimming after not touching it for 5 years......can you believe it?....and guess what....i was breath-less after a few breaths.....i can't even finish 1 lap....that goes to show how unhealthy i am!!!!

The pool at my office there....Suntec.....



A lot of people didn't know there's a pool at suntec....i gotta make full use of it since i got the access card already....

Anyone care for a swim?
