nothing much

Not much of exciting stuff lately, juz some brief update for Friday and Saturday.

After missing our meeting 2 weeks ago, met up with Zhongfen on Fri (my SIM lame-mate) to pass her the Wetseal loots.....i brought her to my favourite Jap pig out place.....Wasabi Tei....since i've been telling her about it all the time....she was curious to try too....We ordered the Cod fish claypot set, Salmon sashimi and assorted Tempura....Surprisingly, we finished everything....Yes!...everything......and it was very nice of her to get a birthday present for me...(pics later).

Yesterday had a short evening date with Gabbie....haven been meeting coz of his preparation for his papers....

We went to Chomp Chomp for a mini fiesta....Here's what we had...

After dinner, my tummy need some exercise therefore we comb round the area to see if we can spot some nice pig out place......




Bump into some nice small eating places/stalls.....maybe will try out some time....

It was quite a nice cool evening away from the city lights and noise.

My Royal Highness goin 1 Step Up

Been so busy at work and i really slacked in uploading photos and stuff.....My dearest mummy's birthday was on Tuesday....i gave her a surprise by putting the sunflower bouquet and a birthday card on her dressing table so to make her smile when she wakes up.....Evening my dad brought us to CHIJMES @ Lei Gardens for dinner......food was not bad....

Yesterday after work went for my once a week yoga class, I'm glad that this month i was consistent to attend once a week.....feeling was good to sweat it all out....certain positions im quite comfortable already.

Now, I'm having a freaking crampy tummy man......yea!...is the gal's thing again....sick.....Super no mood to work that's why blog for a while.....

Just pictures and little description.

-The pre-celebration on Sunday-

After church, lunch at Tai Seng in Chinatown Centre. My grand-aunt, aunt and maid joined us.

Is a set lunch kinda thing. Can't finish the food, need to ta bao. The last pic is the birthday cake my aunt bought for mum, is a yogurt orange cake. Erm doesn't taste that nice though.

Came home to cut cake. I was dead full man.


Sang few hours of Karaoke and that's the end of the day.

- Tuesday, actual day-

Surprise of the beginning of the day. My Morning Sunflower bouquet.

Was glad that my mum was happy the whole by my surprise.

Food was good. Price also very good.

Mingli's 23rd

Today is my best friend, Mingli's birthday.......recall that 3 of us, Sam, Mingli & Me alwiz celebrate our birthdays together.....if i remember correctly when we started celebrating together was sweet 16.....it's marvellous how many years have passed and we are still celebrating our birthdays together....Sam will be on flight today that's why we celebrated for Mingli yesterday.

We have dinner at V8 cafe in Bugis, Sam suggested coz she said it brings back good memories as we alwiz hang out in Bugis after school during our secondary sch days....

While waiting for Mingli, the star of the day, to come.....we get on with some serious work.......doing the paper work!!....

Mingli was quite late but she's the big shot so no matter how hungry we were, we juz bear with it.....after ordering our food...the Miss Vainpot have another go with my camera.....

Though exams are out but i still haven get back in my momentum.....no pigging out, no partying.....but yes for one thing.....shopping spreeing....been doing lots of online shopping till Gabbie was going groggy too coz i send all my loots to his address.....haha....(Baby xin gu ni le....hahah)

Hmmm....i think that's all for now.....i used to dislike online shopping but recently don't know wat's got into me.....i think what started me off was getting accessories from online then slowly got to clothing sites......and mailing lists and stuff.....gosh~!!!...but i'm holding on to my fingers to stop clicking so much.....it's like some addiction...

But this month i might just find an excuse for myself coz it's my birthday therefore it's a good excuse for me to pamper myself, yea~?....

Just received my M-boob tube from Gabbie yesterday, waited for it like a month coz the seller need to order it again....tried on and it's so comfy....love it loads....here's a pic of the model....i wanted it in white too but it's out of stock.

Uncountable stuffs bought online last month....i hope i know when to stop.

Anyways enough of shopping for now.....caught STEP UP on friday with Gabbie.....i tell you....i love the show to bits....and the dance were just awesome......juz urge me to get my butt up again.....but well....im trying to go for my yoga class regularly for a start.

Every Little Thing

Some stuffs i've been up to lately:

1) Back to work for a week already....duh!.

2) Stop swimming for a month, beginning to get lazy again...but i've another remedy.

3) Went back for my yoga yesterday, boy did i sweat it out!....was dripping sweat on the yoga mat, into my eyes and ears.

4) Gonna try out facial at Leonard Drake, but i feel lazy.

5) Going for my re-visit to the dentist this friday. Hope nothing really wrong with my wisdom tooth.

6) Meeting Zhongfen on friday and bringing her to Wasabi Tei for dinner. Good things must share share.

7) Awaiting for 'Step Up' to release. Can't get enough of Channing Tatum from Prison Break.

8) Hands getting itchy, and joined a ASOS spree last night. 1 hr to choose what i want and 10 minutes to make payment. Slept at 2.30am.

9) Book a slot for mani and pedi a day before my Birthday at the end of the month at Amara Hotel Shopping Centre. Wuuu!..i miss tanjong pagar so much.

10) I seriously need a hair cut soon.

Vivo outing

Another simple weekend has past, tomorrow is monday again. So sad.



Spent the rest of sat at Vivocity with gabbie.....we wanted to try out the new cinplex....caught The Convenant.....it was quite a nice show.....not some juvenile horror flick,,,,,,quite interesting storyline.....and lots of eye candy.....i give this 3.5 out of 5 popcorns.


The crowd at vivo was over whelming.....so packed with people man....before the movie we want to have a cheap dinner at Republic foodcourt but was fully packed, hence, we went down to the basement caught Thai Express coz there wasn't any queue.....

Yup, today was hunting day for my dad.....was hunting all round for handphone for my dad coz his presious samsung died on him....glad he found a new hp and he's returned to nokia....

Been urging to catch this latest movie.....as i've said my love for dancing movies....this is coming up for me.....


Channing Tatum is just so hot!....Watch the Thriller and you'll know why.

TVB Craze

My dad rented 2 TVB serial last week, War and Destiny & La Femme Desperado. I didn't really catch most of the show for War and Destiny coz my parents started watching when i was having my exams....but caught the last espisode, I should say i really missed TVB drama serials a lot especially when it's spoken in cantonese. All shows taken into Singapore channels are dubbed in mandrine, not nice a lot.

Last nite just started on La Femme Desperado, don't know the meaning of the title but basically the whole story is about women in this era in the working society, we gotta stand up for ourselves in the workplace or we'll get bullied. It's a total helpful show for me now. I admire the female lead in the show on how she deals with backstabbing colleagues.
