My Birthday

Happy 22nd Birthday to myself!!...

I started my day with going to the morning mass at my church at 6.30am...went to church to get my birthday blessing...my mummy was so nice to wake up early also to accompany to church....and i also had mingli to give me morning call...haha

After morning mass which lasted only for half hour, we headed down to Bendemeer market to have breakfast....acutally it's quite nice to have breakfast early and i was early for work too...

My colleagues in the office also very nice...keep my day happy....

For dinner, my dad had booked a table at Summer Pavilion at Ritz Carlton for dinner...which is....my treat...haha...

After that we headed to the lounge to chill out....My dad wanted to ask Louis the drummer of the band to play me a birthday song...but he wasn't there when we reached....so we just order drinks and listen to the band....Just as when we called for the bill....Louis came and waved at us...but we signalled him that we were leaving...then my mum tell him that actually she wanted to request him to sing me a birthday song but it's okie since we were leaving...he insisted that we go back to our seats and he will sing Happy Birthday to me....before we could get back...our seats were taken...so i was like standing in the centre...

When he started singing...he pointed out to me and called my name to let everyone know im the birthday gal...my heart was beating fast man!..moreover there were lotz of people...>....but it was really nice...I am happy...

Waved him goodbye and bowed to thank him....

Weeee!....headed home to cut my birthday cake which my mum bought at Angie the Choice....it was cookies and cream cake...it was alrite...but cannot be compared to my cake last year....because last year's cake a custom made and flavour of my choice....but i appreciate that my mum went all the way down to Novena Square to get the cake for me....

Once again, Happy Birthday to myself!

Oh i think i've forgotten something....this will probably be my last entry as i have said previously...so to everyone...Live life to the fullest!!...I'll forever be me!

Mini Celebrations..continuation..

Yesterday my sweet best friends came down all the way to have lunch with because I was working...Mingli gave me a surprise by calling Sammie to come down too...was really nice...

We had lunch at Amara Hotel....it was a quiet and nice lunch and meeting up....

Mini Pre-Birthday celebration

I had little minis birthday celebrations over the weekend....gonna be 22 on wednesday...feel so old already...haha....

Anyways...photos to share...

Start with saturday....Gab celebrate with me....went to catch Harry Potter at cineleisure....was nice much better then the third part....after that went down to Pasta Cafe for dinner where i got my surprise present....Look what i got!!!....

I got a heart-shaped bottle full of hand folded stars...made by Gabbie....And a charger for my ipod...Awwww~!!...that was so sweet....i was utterly surprised that gabbie actually learn to fold stars....he folded 264 stars which represents each month of my life in these 22 years....that was nice and meaningful...it is now nicely sitted on my bed....

Now take a look at the food we ate...

Gabbie had seafood pasta....sauce is tomato-ee....nice....

I had the usual....Hamburg Steak....with lots of cheese...

Desert also had the usual....Blueberry desire....

After a nice dinner....we went off to sentosa....

I enjoyed the whole evening utterly....tremendously...Thanks Gabbie for the stars....

Yesterday i had my pre-birthday cake....celebrated with family....simple and nice...

I was thinking of taking a break for a while....to stop blogging for a while....because I don't know what more purpose can i get out of it.....people just come and go.....

To track back....I've been blogging for a year plus already and I think I had my fill and fun in blogging...I shall think of better things to do....

So I guess I shall officially take a long break after my birthday end of this month...Till when I don't know....

Yoga

I had my first time at yoga yesterday...tried out the hot yoga at true yoga....quite fun actually...the room is at the temperature of 37 degrees...and to be prepared for class you got to drink lots of water the whole day....i actually thought that it would be freaking old...but it was quite ok...just warm only...

The room for classes....it's big and spacious with mats provided...

This was one of the positions i did yesterday....looks easy yeah....wait till you do it....it's really balance and endurance...

Combat yoga will be the next i will try....

Let's have a Celebration

Yesterday was my mummy's birthday!!!...we celebrated early for her this year as the actual day falls on a weekday and dad and i had to work....no pictures yet coz my com won't be back so soon....so yesterday after dinner my dad wanted to bring my mum to chill out at the loungue and i was the driver for the evening...haah...coz my dad gonna drink so i gotta drive....we headed down to Garden Hotel at first along bukit timah but the atmosphere wasn't good so we decided to go for Ritz Carlton the usual....don't think it's monday...the crowd was WOW....lots of people...my dad request the band to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY for my mum...awww...so sweet....(and actually on sunday Brian Richmond read out my dedication to my mum....was so happy)...after a few more number we gotta call for the bill....the drumist came forward to wish my mum Happy Birthday.....haha...nice....but i was extremely tired...my dad drink to glass of stout and was a bit tipsy kept talking so loudly in the car...make me headache also but lucky the traffice wasn't bad...

As for me...i had a mini get together with wendy and raymond on sat since we were getting our cameras so might as well have dinner together....

Next monday would be my parents annivesary and wednesday is my Birthday....haha!!...gotta plan something for them....hmmm...

And finally i am going for the trial hot yoga lesson this evening....

I'll try update all that has happened with photos soon when my com is well again...

I am Com-bified

I am totally off....I am also so disappointed in my computer.....even after the engineer change a brand new hard disk for me...my com still won't work...and so the engineer came back again today to try install the operating system for me....after that then he realised that the driver aren't installed properly that's why the installation is not able to complete...but anyways...the engineer was so nice that he willing to take back the whole CPU to run test for me and to install all the necessary drivers for me...

Really feel so lost without my com....haiz...these days been using my office com to blog...so can't post any pictures....

Tomorrow will be a packed day for me....schedule FULLED!!!.....late morning will go with my dad to CYC at raffles place to make a new shirt for him and after that down to tanjong pagar to collect my mummy's chocolate truffle birthday cake.....then head home...

After that in the late afternoon, down to compasspoint to collect my digi camera and head straight down to marina to dine at Dian Xiao Er....night desert is planned for chocolate fondue or Bar Stop at somerset....

My com is getting nowhere

Im getting more and more frustrated with my computer!!!!!

It's been not working since monday and I don't know what to do....im trying to accept the fact that all my photos are all gone....100 over photos all gone...taken from my loyal camera phone which is used to aid my blogging....all gone.....!!!

I feel so terrible...even after the HP guy came to change a brand new hard disk for me....it still won't work....i gotta wait till tomorrow till he comes again to load for me...haiz~!!!.....and i pissed easily...it's been hard on gabbie coz i kept on venting my anger on him.....(sorry gab!)...
*gives a sad face*....

Oh!...and im getting my digi camera this sat....yeah~!!...contemplating between ixsus 50 and 55....finally decided on 55 coz its a difference of 40 bucks to get the newer model...yup....and i can go cam whoring soon liaoz...hahah....

And so....

Juz hope my computer will recover soon....i feel so handicapped not being able to use it....

Im getting lazy these days

Wow now i reaslied that i've too lazy to blog....work isn't that stress lately but i just don't know why the lazy germs is all in me....guess i was too stressed before that and now that i get the chance to slack....i slack all the way....haha....

But anyways updates on the whole week...

i was supposed to try out a trial lesson of hot yoga at true yoga but was held up for some reasons so postoned to this coming week...

Then went to Takashimaya with my parents to look for to accompany to buy a pair of espadrilles....it was a mini shopping spree for me....

And it was yesterday that i finally could spend the short evening with gabbie....we tried the new restaurant at city link....

Mingli's mini birthday celebration

all of us are turning 22 this year....sam's alreadi past her bd on sep 11...mingli's coming soon this 16 and mine on the 30....feeling so old man....kinda think of it...like haven really spent our youth days wisely....as in for me personally....still have lots of stuff haven done....

So anyways....went to party world at orchard to sing from 6 to 9pm...den mingli brought me to a chill out bar at somerset...the place is called Bar Stop....sounds like Bus Stop...at first when she told me i thought why is she bringing me to bus stop...haha...anyway the place is nice and cosy....(and at this very moment my computer died on me so i couldn't upload any pictures, argh~!!!)....but anyway mingli drank the house white and i the house red....and also seafood pizza....the setting really nice...a nice place to chill out...we chatted till abt 11 plus den left for home coz i gotta work the next day....

I'll upload the pictures after my computer is repaired!!....im so sad.....

Okie so for today....i slept like a pig...woke up at 10 plus in the morning....haha...din haf breakfast then went out for brunch at toa payoh....after that went to potong pasir to rent hong kong drama serials....

My dad say to bring us to have dinner at Sherton Towers....

So me and my mum catch up on our beauty sleep after we came back....slept from 4-6pm...you say we power anot!!!....i sleeping queen can?...

Then after waking up....quickly go get ready coz gotta leave in an hours' time....

I got ready in like 40 minutes can....haha....feel so good to dress up again....after being ugly duckling for the past 1 month....hee hee...

I should comment on the good service.....very attentive to the customers.....

Nice stand to keep the tea warm.....never seen before in other restaurant....

Food time: First up...

Recommended by the captain....a mixture of murshrooms and scollops....with their hand made tou fu which is at the bottom...i haven started eating so you cant see it....

Smoked chicken.....not bad but it juz leaves a little of a burnt smell in your mouth...
